Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and communicative
Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Capital team. In this role, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from active candidate sourcing and initial resume screening to interview scheduling and candidate experience management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Operations & Pipeline Support: Assist in managing and tracking active candidate pipelines across multiple open roles (Internship, Junior and Mid-level positions).
- Candidate Sourcing & Initial Screening:
- Actively source potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and internal databases.
- Review and filter incoming CVs against baseline job requirements set by Hiring Managers.
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination:
- Liaise between candidates and Hiring Managers to organize, schedule, and confirm screening calls and user interviews.
- Send calendar invites, meeting links, and technical assessment instructions promptly.
- ATS & Tracker Maintenance: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and daily recruitment status trackers up to date.
- Candidate Experience & Communication: Serve as a friendly point of contact for candidate queries, following up on process updates, sending keep-warm messages, or delivering polite status notifications.
- Ad-hoc Talent Projects: Assist with drafting and publishing engaging job posts, and HR administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Final-year student or Recent Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources, specifically in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Meet) and comfortable navigating LinkedIn and ATS.
- Available for a full-time internship for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
