Your Day-to-Day
- Assist in sourcing candidates for Sales Consultant, Beauty Consultant, Frontliners, and other clinic operations role through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and support the initial candidate selection process based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports accurately.
- Help the Talent Acquisition team on anything related to boosting the roles progress, especially on-site.
Who We're Looking For
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willing to support on-site recruitment and Scouting Learning Academy activities as needed.
