Savaya Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition team member to support hiring across our hospitality and lifestyle brands. You will work across sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and talent pipeline development in a fast-moving environment where recruitment plays a direct role in building our teams and business.

What You'll Experience

This role gives you the opportunity to:

• Recruit for a diverse range of roles across hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, and corporate functions
• Build and manage talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Connect with candidates from initial outreach through the interview process
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and identify the right talent
• Develop your candidate assessment, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
• Take ownership of multiple vacancies and recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment
• See your work make a direct impact through successful hires and growing teams
  
  

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage recruitment activities from sourcing and CV screening to candidate interviews, recommendations, and interview coordination. You will proactively identify and approach potential candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and maintain regular communication throughout the recruitment process.

You will also work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand manpower requirements, provide candidate recommendations, maintain accurate recruitment trackers, and support recruitment events and other hiring activities when required.

• Have you worked in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or a similar people-focused role
• Do you enjoy connecting with people and identifying candidates who could be a strong fit
• Are you comfortable sourcing and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
• Can you manage multiple vacancies while keeping track of candidates, timelines, and follow-ups
• Are you comfortable conducting screening calls and communicating with candidates in a professional yet engaging way
• Can you work closely with different hiring managers and understand different recruitment needs
• Are you proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Can you communicate confidently in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
