Talent Acquisition Executive (Mass Hiring) - Banjarmasin

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition for the Mass hiring with an experiences to recruit Sales Promoters to fulfill manpower needs across assigned areas, develop and execute massive hiring strategies to achieve recruitment targets, source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, communities, and other channels. Build partnerships with DISNAKER/KEMNAKER, SMK, universities, communities, and other institutions to expand the candidate pool. This role will be a 6 months contract.

About The Job :

• Recruit Sales Promoter to fulfill manpower needs across assigned areas
• Develop and execute massive hiring strategies to achieve recruitment targets
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, communities, and other channels
• Build partnerships with DISNAKER/KEMNAKER, SMK, universities, communities, and other institutions to expand the candidate pool
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
• Organize recruitment activities such as Walk-In Interviews, Job Fairs, School/University Hiring, and recruitment events
• Maintain and develop a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are fulfilled within the target timeline
• Handle hiring administration, including candidate data, candidate profile verification, interview result reporting, and other recruitment-related activities

About You :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Mass Hiring
• Experience in Sales/Promotor recruitment is a plus
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Able to build relationships with external partners and institutions
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-volume recruitment environment
• Willing to work mobile and travel to different locations
• Good sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media
• Strong organizational and time management skills
