About the role
As the Talent Acquisition for IGT Solutions, you will be responsible to identify, attract and hire top talent for the organization. This is a critical role that will have a significant impact on the company's ability to build a high-performing workforce and achieve its strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding of new hires
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and legislation to ensure the company's recruitment practices are compliant and effective
- Foster a positive candidate experience and employer brand to attract top talent
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within the human resources and recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies and best practices
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying, attracting and hiring top talent
- Proficient in data analysis and using recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
