Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Execute Internship, Management Trainee, Fresh Graduate, and Employer Branding programs.
  • Develop and optimize candidate sourcing strategies across various recruitment channels.
  • Monitor recruitment effectiveness and probation success rates, and prepare recruitment reports using Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis.
  • Willing to work onsite (Monday–Friday) at HO Sunter, North Jakarta.
