Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible in supporting recruitment process and projects.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline.

Employer Branding:

  • Support the ideation and execution process of employer branding content across various platforms.
  • Monitor social media engagement and employer branding performance metrics.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external employer branding events.

Requirements:

  • Majoring in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • Available for 3-6 months of internship period.
  • Not yet graduated or active students.
  • Have an experience in social content.
  • Good written and communication skills – both English and Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsof Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Interested in Recruitment.
  • Get used to recruitment tools.
  • Having design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Corel draw, etc) is a must.
