Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Intern

Location: Gandaria, South Jakarta - Hybrid (WFO 2x/week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process (CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, etc.)
• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and talent pools
• Support the preparation of recruitment reports and other administrative tasks
• Support employer branding initiatives (developing content ideas, planning content, coordinating with the Social Media team for content production, etc.)
• Help update IGN's LinkedIn and career page content to attract potential candidates
• Support internal HR activities when needed

Requirements:

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in HR, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work from the office 2 days per week (Jakarta-based preferred)
• Available for 3-6 month internship program
