We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Mass Hiring Talent Acquisition professional to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in technical recruitment, as well as experience handling large-scale hiring for operations, customer service, and finance roles. What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT support, data analysts) and mass hiring roles (e.g., customer service representatives, finance associates, operations staff)
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring plans
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit
- Coordinate and manage bulk hiring campaigns, assessment days, and recruitment events
- Work closely with HR and business leaders to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of tech talent for future hiring needs
- Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both tech and high-volume hiring
Is this you
- You have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, covering both tech hiring and mass hiring
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field
- You're fluent in English (minimum CEFR C1)
- You're comfortable managing multiple roles across different functions at the same time
- You have experience with competency-based interviews and basic technical screening
- You're familiar with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and can work closely with business leaders
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- You're open to a 1-year contract role
