We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support our 6-month mass hiring project. You will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, particularly for operational and frontline positions. This role requires someone who is fast, organized, detail-oriented, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Conduct high-volume candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, recruitment databases, referrals, communities, and other relevant channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, availability, experience, and other hiring criteria.
- Conduct initial HR screening/interviews and provide candidate recommendations to the Hiring Manager.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker, ensuring all candidate information and recruitment status are accurate.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview schedules, document collection, offering, and joining confirmation.
- Support mass recruitment activities, such as walk-in interviews, job fairs, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns when required.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers and Operations teams to understand manpower requirements, hiring priorities, and target timelines.
- Monitor recruitment progress against hiring targets and SLA, and proactively identify potential hiring bottlenecks.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports covering pipeline, interview status, hiring progress, source effectiveness, and other relevant recruitment metrics.
- Ensure all recruitment processes and candidate documentation are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Support other Talent Acquisition activities and projects as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with experience in mass or high-volume hiring.
- Experience recruiting for operational, frontline, warehouse, logistics, retail, or other high-volume positions is highly preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fast-paced, proactive, and target-oriented, with the ability to work under tight hiring deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and good administrative/organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and recruitment systems/ATS.
- Willing to support onsite recruitment activities, walk-in interviews, or hiring events when required.
- Available to work on a 6-month contract.
