We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leading and building high-impact talent strategies, leveraging digital and AI-enabled recruitment approaches, and creating meaningful candidate experiences that support long-term business growth.
What You Will Do
As our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Lead, you will:
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines for critical, niche, and leadership roles across the organization
- Build and nurture external talent ecosystems through partnerships with universities, professional communities, industry networks, and strategic channels
- Leverage AI-enabled recruitment platforms, digital sourcing tools, and innovative market-mapping approaches to engage passive and hard-to-reach talent
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for strategic and executive-level hiring, including internal job postings, structured assessments, and calibrated decision-making
- Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to align talent needs with organizational priorities and future workforce plans
- Provide data-driven insights and recruitment analytics to support hiring strategy, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and activate a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with target talent segments and organizational culture
- Design and execute impactful employer branding campaigns across digital platforms, social media, partnerships, and engagement programs
- Drive recruitment process excellence through standardization, governance, ATS optimization, and the adoption of AI-driven hiring solutions
- Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure a transparent, professional, and positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Human Resources, Management, Business, Communication, Social Sciences, Psychology, or any related fields
- A Master's degree (S2) is an advantage
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Capital, HR Business Partnering, or related functions
- Proven experience managing critical and leadership hiring across a variety of roles and levels of complexity
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing employer branding initiatives
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, AI-enabled recruitment tools, digital sourcing, and structured assessment methodologies
- Strong understanding of talent intelligence, market mapping, and recruitment analytics
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruitment metrics into actionable business insights
- Strong knowledge of the Indonesian talent market; exposure to the global talent market is an advantage
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
