Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
Support HR administrative tasks such as employee records management, contract documentation, and HR data updates.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR documentation and filing.
Support other HR operational tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
Provide basic translation support (e.g., EnglishMandarin / MandarinIndonesian) for internal communication, HR documents, or candidate communication when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 13 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR systems.
