Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure timely recruitment.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including documentation and orientation coordination.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as employee records management, contract documentation, and HR data updates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and assist with HR documentation and filing.
  • Support other HR operational tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
  • Provide basic translation support (e.g., EnglishMandarin / MandarinIndonesian) for internal communication, HR documents, or candidate communication when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic HR systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Mandarin is required
