JR56969 TA Senior Program Manager (Pathways)

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Program Manager, your role involves crafting and driving a talent acquisition strategy to expand the scale, quality and diversity of our critical talent pipeline that aligns with the company's long-term goals. You will lead initiatives to build and implement strategies, retaining talent from a diverse group of backgrounds and experiences. This includes partnering with business leaders, HR business partners, and line managers to understand their hiring needs and translating those into a coordinated approach to engage and attract talent particularly through Non-Traditional Pathways.

Job Responsibilities

  • As a Senior Program Manager (Pathways), you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring candidates from diverse and unconventional backgrounds. This role requires a creative approach to sourcing talent and a dedication to fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Create and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source candidates from non-traditional pathways.
  • Explore programs that provide employment with hands-on training and technical instruction crafted for individuals with demonstrable experience or educational background in the semiconductor industry.
  • Partner with colleges and institutions to specialize education crafted to develop specific career skills, focusing on diverse emerging talent and shortening the pathway into employment.
  • Partner with government agencies and explore new opportunities to upskill and reskill talent to enable employability.
  • Use social media, networking events, and other platforms to engage with potential candidates.
  • Cultivate relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other groups to tap into underrepresented talent pools.
  • Stay informed about market trends and provide insights to the HR team and hiring managers.
  • Advocate for and implement inclusive hiring practices throughout the organization. Collaborate with leadership and employee resources group to integrate DEI principles into recruitment and hiring.
  • Provide data, metrics, and reporting to multiple partners.

Capabilities/Competencies Required

  • Effective and creative recruiting and sourcing skills.
  • Program and process management experience.
  • Experience in collaborating across organizational and geographic boundaries.
  • A solid ability to analyze data sets and build action plans to address gaps.
  • The ability to form relationships and work with different types and levels of partners, including senior leaders.
  • Experience in crafting and delivering communication materials and representing a corporate brand for the purpose of developing positive relationships with universities and institutions.
  • The ability to effectively plan brand events, guide multiple projects and conflicting priorities, while maintaining the flexibility to shift priorities as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on non-traditional talent sourcing.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment technologies and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically about talent acquisition.
