As a TA Marketing Officer, you will be at the heart of how TechConnect tells its story to the talent market. You will bring our identity as an employer of choice to life through compelling visual content, dynamic social media presence, and on-the-ground event documentation — helping attract the brightest talent from across Indonesia and beyond.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and execute the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Monitor content performance — engagement, reach, follower growth — and prepare regular reports
- Stay on top of social media trends and translate them into timely, relevant content for TechConnect
- Engage consistently with talent communities and audiences across platforms
- Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Design visual content for Instagram feeds, stories, carousels, and LinkedIn posts
- Produce promotional materials for talent community events (Global Connect Series, Mata Garuda, Oxbridge, and more)
- Maintain visual identity consistency and brand tone of voice across all TechConnect touchpoints
- Translate strategic messaging into engaging, on-brand visuals in collaboration with the team
- Video Documentation & Production
- Document events and TA Marketing activities through photo and video
- Handle basic video editing for reels, highlight clips, and behind-the-scenes content
- Develop short-form video content for Instagram Reels and LinkedIn that drives engagement
- Trend Research & Creative Ideation
- Actively track content trends, competitor activity, and the broader HR/EB landscape
- Proactively pitch content concepts and creative ideas to the team — not just execute, but initiate
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic content planning discussions
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience; background in Marketing, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
- A portfolio of graphic design or creative content work is required — please attach when applying
- Organizational or internship experience in marketing, media, or creative roles is a plus
Hard Skills
- Proficient in design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
- Familiar with video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
- Understanding of content strategy fundamentals and social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Basic photography and videography skills — able to create quality content using a smartphone
- Basic data literacy to read and interpret social media analytics
Soft Skills & Character
- Energetic and highly self-driven — you take initiative without being prompted
- Creative and confident in expressing ideas — you are not afraid to pitch concepts even as a junior
- Adaptable and a fast learner in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- Strong attention to detail, especially in visual consistency and brand standards
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Collaborative by nature, yet fully capable of working independently and managing your own deadlines
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience managing a personal or community social media account with strong engagement
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Interest or prior exposure to HR, recruitment, or employer branding
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or equivalent)
