Role Overview:


The Learning & Development Intern reports to the Learning & Development Manager, and key roles include:

  • Provide administrative support which includes the planning, coordination, and execution of the Learning Core Curriculums and initiatives
  • Collaborate with learning partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences, manage event rollouts and drive learning engagement through data insights and internal campaigns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to organize and deliver Consulting Core and Technical Programs across SEA
  • Assist in the Early Talents - AMPLIFY Intern Technical Training and INSPIRE Intern Program
  • Analyze learning and learner data to support decision-making, improve program consumption and increase completion rates
  • Creating independent contractor's profile and follow-up on the mandatory learnings completion
  • Explore and provide innovative Digital Learning solutions
  • Day-to-day responsibilities and tasks within the department as the Learning & Development Intern

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Psychology, Human Resource or related fields
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Good command of English, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong coordination skills with an eye for details, thoroughness and timeline
  • Able to work independently manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about developing people
  • Availability of 6 months preferred

Key Deliverables:

  • Provide proposed solution of new collaboration tool, with AI exploration as part of learning & training facilitation
  • Formulate RPA process for training bonds
