Work you'll do

  • Act as a technical / techno-functional expert in the Customer domain, delivering scalable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Design, build, and implement solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, and Project Operations.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and system solutions.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using Dataverse, including security roles, access models, business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
  • Develop and extend Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, plugins, custom APIs, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Support provisioning of Dynamics 365 environments for demo, development, data migration, and integration purposes.
  • Support and deliver the Data Migration workstream when assigned, including data migration template creation and template training, data mapping and loading, data verification, and cutover activities. (Generally, data extraction, data cleansing, data transformation, and data validation will be performed by the client.)
  • Support and deliver the Integration workstream when assigned, including design and implementation using Azure integration services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).
  • Support solution architecture, deployment, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
  • Take a lead role in technical workstreams, solving complex and high-impact client problems.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, solution architects, and cross-disciplinary digital teams.
  • Support the Digital team in RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant technology, business, or marketing discipline.
  • 3 - 8 years experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation in an enterprise environment.
  • Functional or techno-functional expertise one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Development experience in Apex, VisualForce, Force.com or Java/J2EE and AMPScript. Relevant Salesforce certification(s) in Sales, Service and Marketing will be a plus.
  • Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities. Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
  • Configure and implement integration with Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud
  • Drive and determination to continually learn new things and develop yourself.
  • A natural team player who enjoys working with others to solve problems and sharing knowledge. Willing to push the technical limits and find the best solution for the business and our customers.
  • Drive, tenacity, client-focused and results-oriented.
