T&I CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Job Description :
- Overseeing contractor T&I execution and ensuring compliance with procedures and specifications
- Reviewing engineering deliverables such as lifting plans, seafastening, and load-out analyses
- Ensuring readiness of marine spread and offshore installation activities
- Supporting SIMOPS planning and offshore interface coordination
- Driving safety, quality, and efficiency across offshore construction scopes
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Naval Architecture, Mechanical, Civil, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy lift, transport, and installation operations
- Strong experience in offshore lifting, seafastening, and load-out engineering
- Familiarity with IMCA and LOLER standards
- Good understanding of SIMOPS and marine interface management
- Experience working with offshore construction teams and contractors
- Offshore certifications (BOSIET / medical) are required
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Open to project-based opportunities
