Systems & App. Support Specialist (SYS 01)
Job Objectives
- Support managing systems and creating, designing and communicating inspiring contents and concepts on social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage tech. relationship with mobile app. Service providers
- Maintain and monitor operation of mobile application with clients
- Provide internal support to staff in training, loading data, reporting and backing up data.
- Monitor and report usage of mobile application and CCTV camera systems.
- Create visual text and imagery concepts using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate clients.
- Preparing internal finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
- Support and execute activities like photo sessions, filming to create inspiring contents.
- Coordinating with agencies about layouts and designs, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
- Publish contents on various social media platforms and mobile application.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience as systems support and good knowledge of mobile app. and graphic design.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, like Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
- Has artistic skills and a strong eye for visual and color composition.
- Understanding of marketing, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Experience in international nurseries is an asset.
- Excellent ability to communicate in English.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Resident in or within the skirts of 6 October city
