Systems Analyst - IT project delivery and demand management

The Role

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving IT projects from concept to completion We're looking for a Systems Analyst to join a fast-paced finance sector environment, where you'll play a key role in demand management and end-to-end project delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track and aligned with governance standards.

What You'll Do

• Support the assessment and collation of IT project requirements, budgeting and resourcing

• Analyse impacted systems and dependencies, collaborating with technology teams on project implementation

• Review IT service requests and project initiation forms, coordinating high-level solutions and estimates

• Track, monitor and report on project status, incidents and follow-up actions for stakeholder meetings

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, planning, risk management, execution and post-deployment stabilisation

• Coordinate with vendors on performance, deliverables and technical activities

• Oversee system testing (SIT, regression, UAT) throughout the SDLC in alignment with project timelines

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level experience in IT project coordination, systems analysis or demand management

• Solid understanding of Project Management Life Cycle and different SDLC methodologies

• Knowledge of business process management, IT governance and quality/risk assessment principles

• Experience with financial/transaction reconciliation systems is an advantage

• Exposure to PowerShell scripting is a plus

• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and stay task-driven
