We are looking for a Systems & Automation Executive who can help us build and improve the way our business runs.

This is not a traditional IT support role. You will work across systems, automation, and digital projects that directly impact sales, operations, and customer experience. You will take ownership of projects, improve workflows, and help reduce manual work across the company.

You will be responsible for improving and connecting key parts of the business:

• Odoo and Shopify integration
• Inventory and warehouse systems
• Customer funnels and automated triggers
• Abandoned cart and follow-up flows
• Customer segmentation
• Marketing dashboards and reporting
• Website optimisation and performance tracking
• AI chatbot and WhatsApp automation

• Manage and improve Odoo, Shopify, and related systems
• Ensure data and workflows flow correctly across platforms
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies and solve them

• Build automation flows to reduce manual work
• Improve customer communication through automation
• Implement AI tools such as chatbots and smart replies

• Take ownership of systems-related projects from start to finish
• Work with external developers or execute independently
• Deliver projects on time with clear outcomes

• Improve website performance and conversion
• Implement tools such as heat mapping and behaviour tracking
• Support ongoing optimisation and testing

• Build dashboards and improve visibility of performance
• Support decision-making with clear data insights

• Someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems
• Hands-on and execution-driven
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Curious about automation and AI
• Able to connect business needs with technical solutions

• 2 to 5 years experience in systems, IT, e-commerce, or automation roles
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Odoo, or similar
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
• Comfortable working across different teams

• Experience with chatbot or AI tools
• Experience with WhatsApp automation
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience in retail or e-commerce environments
