Job Description

Install, configure, manage, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux).
Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
Monitor server performance, storage, and network services.
Perform regular data backups and system recovery when needed.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
Apply system updates, patches, and security fixes.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage IT services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Servers, and Email Servers.
Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and improve systems.
Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
