About the Role

We are seeking System Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of applications and systems before deployment. This role is responsible for validating system functionality, identifying defects, and ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on business and system requirements, perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing to validate system quality and performance, identify, document, and track defects through resolution, collaborate with developers, system analysts, and project teams to ensure issues are addressed effectively, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation readiness activities, prepare testing documentation and test result reports, and ensure applications meet quality standards prior to production deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Tester, Software Tester, or Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Professional certification related to Quality Control, Software Testing, or Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and defect management processes.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in payment systems, financial services, or transaction processing systems is an advantage.
