System Security Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer, DLP Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), information security, data protection, and security compliance concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP is preferred.
• Basic scripting/programming knowledge is a plus.
• Experience handling security implementation projects and client requirements.
• Understanding of data classification, endpoint security, network security, and information protection is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions using Forcepoint based on business requirements and security compliance standards.
• Perform installation, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment of Forcepoint DLP solutions.
• Configure and manage DLP policies, rules, incidents, data classification, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to DLP implementation, endpoint agents, network channels, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements, design DLP solutions, and support deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation for system configuration, implementation, testing, policy configuration, and deployment.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment processes.
• Ensure DLP implementation follows security standards, governance policies, data protection requirements, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze DLP incidents, alerts, and policy violations, and provide appropriate recommendations or remediation.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to users and related teams.
• Monitor and optimize DLP system performance and policy effectiveness after deployment.
• Participate in implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects related to Forcepoint DLP solutions.
• Support periodic review and tuning of DLP policies to minimize false positives while maintaining effective data protection.
