Job Description

We are looking for a System Management Officer to support the coordination, governance, and lifecycle management of IT operational services and technology assets across the organization.

In this role, you will help ensure that IT operational processes run effectively, technology assets are well-managed, vendor coordination is executed smoothly, and operational documentation is maintained with accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Preventive Maintenance lifecycle activities to ensure IT infrastructure and end-user devices operate reliably.
  • Support IT service delivery coordination to maintain operational continuity for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain IT asset lifecycle tracking and inventory governance to ensure asset visibility and control.
  • Administer third-party maintenance billing and documentation processes with accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor vendor agreements, service documentation, and operational deliverables.
  • Support technology refresh planning to maintain operational readiness and efficiency.
  • Prepare operational reporting and documentation to support monitoring, transparency, and decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology Management, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT support coordination, IT asset management, or similar operational technology roles

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of IT operational workflows and asset lifecycle management
  • Experience in operational documentation, reporting, and process tracking
  • Familiarity with vendor coordination and service management processes
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure or end-user computing environments is an advantage

  • Minimum GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
