Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Min. 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Operations.
Proven experience in deploying and maintaining applications, databases, and licenses.
Strong understanding of data, application, and license migration (onpremise or cloud).
Proficient in application deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
Experience managing databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar) and related licensing.
Knowledge of authentication & authorization systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, IAM.
Handson experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and VDR (Virtual Disaster Recovery) setup and maintenance.
Strong IT troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
Skilled in managing user and group access through directory services (e.g., Active Directory).
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Desk, Freshservice, or other ticketing systems.
