Job Description

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing and supporting Microsoft Hyper-V and System Center Virtual Machine Manager (SCVMM) environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco UCS servers and NetApp storage technologies.
  • Good understanding of virtualization, server infrastructure, and storage management concepts.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Experience in incident handling, problem management, and escalation processes.
  • Familiarity with system patching, configuration management, and hardware replacement activities.
  • Ability to work under SLA-driven environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good documentation skills for assessments, technical reports, configuration changes, and improvement recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with local and global support teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum education Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Engineer, Virtualization Engineer, or in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Understand and be able to manage and operate Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM technologies.
  • Have knowledge of server technologies (Cisco UCS) and storage systems (NetApp).
  • Capable of performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalating issues to global support teams when required.
  • Execute configuration changes, patch updates, and hardware replacements according to the severity level and agreed SLA.
  • Document assessment results, improvement recommendations, and all configuration changes implemented.
