Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and ensure the optimal performance of ATMs, CRMs, and related banking devices.
  • Analyze and perform initial handling of alerts or incidents generated from ATM monitoring systems.
  • Manage and provide basic troubleshooting for TMS or similar platforms.
  • Review and interpret system logs to identify issues and explain system features to end users.
  • Coordinate with related teams (network, database, vendors) to resolve incidents and fulfill user requests.
  • Perform routine checks on Windows Server, MS SQL Server, or Oracle Database to support ATM system operations.
  • Support maintenance, upgrades, and application deployments related to ATM/CRM machines.
  • Prepare incident reports, daily activity logs, and improvement recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with users and provide clear status updates on issues or service requests.
  • Work onsite as a dedicated resource to ensure smooth operational support for the client.

Requirements

  • Experience with ATM monitoring systems or banking technology
  • Knowledge of TMS or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of ATM and CRM Machines
  • Understanding of Windows Server, MS SQL Server or Oracle Database
  • Ability to read logs and explain system features to users
  • Basic understanding of networking basics such as IP, ports, and routing
  • Able to speak English
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on site as a dedicated resource
  • Preferably domiciled in Bandung or willing to be placed in the Bandung (West Java)
