Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound support requests (via Tickets, Chat, Phone) and efficiently resolving the issue
  • Maintaining Hypervisor Environment (VM Ware)
  • Setup & Maintaining Phisycal Server & Storage
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Maintaining Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, & Windows Server
  • Maintaining Microsoft 365 tenant & Entra ID
  • Maintaining Backup System (VEAM)

Requirements

  • Experience on Windows Server.
  • Experience on Active Directory Server.
  • Experience on O365
  • Experience on Virtualization (VM Ware)
  • Experience on Veam Backup
