System Engineer

Role Description The System Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining audio visual and IT systems that support client projects, including meeting rooms, immersive environments, and integrated technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include systems design and documentation, system administration, configuration, and testing of hardware and software components. The System Engineer provides technical support and troubleshooting, collaborates with project managers and installers during deployment, and ensures systems are stable, secure, and aligned with client requirements. The role also involves monitoring system performance, applying updates, and contributing to continuous improvement of engineering standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Systems Engineering and Systems Design for audio visual, IT, and integrated technology solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in System Administration for managing servers, networks, operating systems, and related infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose issues, resolve incidents, and assist users on-site.
• Relevant experience with AV equipment, control systems, networking, and system integration in commercial or institutional environments is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and quality, are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple projects is essential.
• A diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Yogyakarta, travel to client locations as needed, and adapt to evolving technologies and tools is expected.
