Role Description The System Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is responsible for understanding client business requirements, configuring Andal HR solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementation, including system setup, testing, and go-live activities. The System Consultant collaborates with clients and internal teams to design integrations with existing systems, optimize database configurations, and ensure data accuracy and security. Daily responsibilities include conducting requirements workshops, preparing documentation, troubleshooting system issues, and providing training and guidance to client users. The role also involves monitoring project progress, aligning deliverables with timelines, and recommending improvements that enhance system performance and user experience.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret client requirements, analyze HR and payroll processes, and translate business needs into system configurations.
Consulting experience, with the ability to advise clients on best practices, gather and refine requirements, and communicate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project management capabilities to coordinate implementation tasks, manage timelines, handle multiple client projects, and ensure successful system deployment.
Knowledge of databases and system integration, including experience working with relational databases, data migration, and integrating HR platforms with other enterprise systems.
Relevant skills and qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; familiarity with HR, payroll, or tax systems; strong problem-solving and documentation skills; and proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, maintain a client-focused mindset, and adapt in a fast-paced technology environment; prior experience in software implementation or HR tech is an advantage.
