System Business Development Specialist Mutual Fund Platform

Job Requirements:

• Minimum having 3 years experience in Selling Agent Mutual Fund platform / Securities / Wealth Fintech;
• Understanding mutual funds, APERD business, operations & platform flow, KYC, IFUA/SID, S-INVEST, RDN, payment/VA;
• Able to make PRD/BRD, user story, acceptance criteria, UAT scenario;
• Technical enough for discussion, data mapping, status lifecycle, retry, callback, reconciliation;
• Experienced in managing vendor, go-live, incident & RCA;
• Holding active WAPERD/WPPE licensed.

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives and system development roadmaps for mutual fund distribution platforms, ensuring alignment with the Company's business objectives, operational requirements, and wealth management transformation strategy;
• Identify, analyze, and translate business needs into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria to support effective system development.
• Oversee and optimize end-to-end mutual fund platform processes, including customer onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), IFUA/SID registration, S-INVEST integration, RDN transactions, payment processing, and virtual account functionalities.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external technology partners to ensure effective system integration, data mapping, transaction lifecycle management, callback mechanisms, transaction retries, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage relationships and coordinate development activities with external vendors, technology providers, and relevant internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, operational readiness, and compliance with agreed business requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario development, issue identification, defect tracking, and validation of system functionalities to ensure operational reliability and business readiness.
• Lead and coordinate system deployment activities, including implementation planning, operational readiness assessments, go-live preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless system launches and business continuity.
• Monitor system performance and operational stability following implementation, manage system incidents, coordinate Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and recommend corrective actions and enhancements to improve platform efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
