Job Description

System Analyst

Core Requirements

  • Ability to capture and analyze user and system requirements
  • Ability to create BPMN diagrams
  • Ability to create UML diagrams
  • Proficient in using Figma and other UI/UX design tools
  • Strong technical writing skills (requirements, design documents, user guides, presentations)
  • Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)

Additional Requirements

  • Placement: Karawang
  • Working hours: Monday Friday, 08:0016:45 (with overtime allowance)
  • Dedicated and fixed manpower
  • Laptop and required software tools will be provided by BSIN
  • Uniform, including safety shoes, will be provided by the vendor
