Job Description

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into clear system documentation (BRD, flowcharts, UML, ERD).
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• Support system design and ensure alignment with business needs
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for system improvement and optimization.
• Assist in system testing, validation, and requirement clarification.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with development progress.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimun 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies, documentation, and system integration.
• Experience in creating system documentation (UML, ERD, flowcharts).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
