System Analyst

Job Description

Gather and analyze business and system requirements from stakeholders.
Translate requirements into clear system documentation (BRD, flowcharts, UML, ERD).
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
Support system design and ensure alignment with business needs
Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for system improvement and optimization.
Assist in system testing, validation, and requirement clarification.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and aligned with development progress.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimun 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
Strong understanding of SDLC/Agile methodologies, documentation, and system integration.
Experience in creating system documentation (UML, ERD, flowcharts).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
