System Analyst

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site System Analyst role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The System Analyst will analyze user requirements, define system specifications, and enhance IT systems to meet business objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting system testing, troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with internal departments to improve processes, and ensuring efficient and effective system functionality. Teamwork and communication with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system needs and improvement opportunities
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and business users to ensure successful project delivery
• Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements
• Prepare documentation including user requirements, process flows, and system design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 23 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with system documentation (BRD, FSD, flowcharts, etc.)
• Familiarity with SQL, ERP systems, or enterprise applications is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
