System Analyst

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field

2. 5+ years of proven experience as a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or System Analyst

3. Experience in system development lifecycle (SDLC)

4. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

5. Good understanding of application systems and integration concepts

6. Knowledge of web-based applications, APIs, and databases

7. Experience working in manufacturing, finance, or FMCG sectors

Job Description:

1. Analyze and propose end-to-end solution designs (application, integration, data)

2. Work with architects and developers to define technical solutions

3. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture

4. Evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the best approach

5. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

6. Understand existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities

7. Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements

8. Prepare requirement documents such as BRD, FSD, and user stories
