Job Description

Retrieve and prepare data queries requested by users or the development team to support feature design and analysis.
Perform performance tuning to improve system and database efficiency.
Handle change requests and support the enhancement of new and existing features.
Manage and support new configurations related to new partnerships or integrations.
Conduct brainstorming and technical discussions with the development team to identify solutions and improve workflows.
Monitor deployments to ensure successful implementation and handle post-release issues if needed.
Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and system functionalities.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as System Analyst.
Strong knowledge of PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views).
Proficiency in MySQL including querying and performance optimization.
Experience using Postman for API testing and validation.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Good communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work in banking industry.
