About the Role
We are looking for a System Analyst to support the analysis, design, and implementation of system solutions involving internal platforms and external partners. This role bridges business needs and technical execution to ensure reliable, scalable, and well-integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements related to third-party card management platforms, including credit card products.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors managing card systems.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documentation.
- Support system integration, API mapping, and data flows with third-party card management systems.
- Assist in system testing (SIT/UAT), defect analysis, and implementation readiness for card-related systems.
- Ensure solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and operational controls for card services.
- Support system enhancements, change requests, and issue resolution for ongoing card operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst in banking, payment systems, or financial services environments.
- Hands-on experience with third-party card management systems (TPCM) and credit card products.
- Strong understanding of credit card lifecycle, transaction processing, and settlement concepts.
- Experience working with external vendors, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements related to card services (e.g., PCI DSS) is an advantage.
