System & Reporting Staff

We're looking for a System & Reporting Staff member who's passionate about procedures, systems, and visual reporting tasks.

Job Summary

Responsible for reviewing and updating all procedures and instructions in the Upper & Shoe Planning Department. Regularly reviews the internal process flow, and propose recommendation for the most efficient process, also introduces to other related departments.

The incumbent also manages system improvement in order to ensure proper database, reporting, and analysis, to support faster action plan and follow-up. Support the superior in any new project in the Upper & Shoe Planning Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and update SOPs/instructions per sub-department, in collaboration with managers.
• Conduct a session with other departments to introduce newly updated/created SOPs/instructions.
• Review the existing process flow in SAP, and provide recommendations for the automation process in SAP.
• Manage internal planning database centralization for aligned and real-time data and analysis.
• Propose a dashboard for planning data, which can be accessed by other related departments to support faster action plans and follow-up, such as (not limited to) unplanned change data, delivery performance, etc.

Experiences & Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Business Statistics or a relevant field.
• 3 years of experience in data analyst and a visualization.
• Mastering data visualization tools, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Good analytical thinking to develop a system and procedures.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java.
