System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Server Setup & Provisioning: Perform installation, initial configuration, and environment setup (Staging/Production) across bare-metal servers, virtual machines (VMs), and cloud environments.
2. Application Deployment: Manage, automate, and execute application deployment processes.
3. Server & Infrastructure Management: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux servers to ensure optimal performance and system uptime.
4. CI/CD Development: Design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
5. Application Containerization: Manage and configure application containers using Docker and Docker Compose.
6. Networking & Security: Configure and monitor Linux networking, including firewalls, routing, and SSL, to ensure system security.
7. Database Management: Manage PostgreSQL databases, including backup scheduling, restoration, monitoring, and query performance optimization.
8. Cloud Operations: Manage, monitor, and maintain cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or BytePlus Cloud.
9. Daily Operational Support: Handle technical troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for technical incidents, and provide daily operational support.

Requirements:

1. Work Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, System Administrator, or Infrastructure Engineer.
2. Server Setup & Provisioning: Hands-on experience with server installation, initial configuration, and environment setup (Staging/Production) across bare-metal, virtual machine (VM), and cloud infrastructures.
3. Application Deployment: Ability to manage, automate, and efficiently execute application deployment processes.
4. Linux Administration: Proficient in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Linux servers to ensure optimal system uptime and performance.
5. CI/CD Pipeline: Ability to design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins.
6. Containerization: Practical experience managing and configuring application containers using Docker and Docker Compose.
7. Linux Networking & Security: Proficient in configuring and monitoring Linux networking, including firewalls, routing, and SSL, to maintain system security.
8. PostgreSQL Database: Proficient in PostgreSQL database management, including backup scheduling, restoration, monitoring, and query optimization.
9. Cloud Operations: Experience managing, monitoring, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or BytePlus Cloud.
10. Troubleshooting & Support: Ability to perform prompt troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for technical incidents, and handle daily operational support.
