• Translate official documents from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa, maintaining legal accuracy and intent
• Ensure translations are certified and meet the standards of HPI and government requirements
• Review and proofread translated documents for grammatical accuracy, terminology consistency, and formatting
• Collaborate with legal teams, government bodies, or clients to clarify context and ensure translation quality
• Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive and official information
• Stay updated with legal terminology and changes in translation standards or regulations
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Provide sworn certification and stamp on applicable documents

Persyaratan

• Fluent in Japanese and Indonesian, both spoken and written
• Certified sworn translator, holding an official HPI (Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia) certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sworn translation
• Excellent understanding of legal, official, and formal documents
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracy
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• Strong professional ethics and confidentiality standards
• Willing to work flexible hours and in coordination with clients or teams
