SW Bootcamp Instructor

We are looking for passionate and qualified professionals to join our AI & Software Development Bootcamp as Instructors and Teaching Assistants. The program will be delivered onsite in Indonesia to 60 selected students.

Noted: Strong English proficiency and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with Elice headquarters.

1. Position

• Software Bootcamp Instructor in Indonesia

2. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site lectures based on the KADA Batch 4 curriculum
• Provide technical training in web development, backend development, DevOps, data analysis, AI/LLM applications, and related topics
• Operate hands-on classes using Elice LXP
• Support learners with exercises, assignments, and team projects
• Provide Q&A support and learning feedback to participants
• Mentor students throughout the planning, development, and presentation stages of team projects
• Collaborate with the operations team to share training progress and learner-related issues

3. Lecture Schedule and Working Conditions

• Training Period: June 15, 2026 – August 20, 2026
• Lecture Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, approximately 260 hours in total
• Lecture Format: On-site lectures in Indonesia
• Location: BPT Komdigi, Cikarang, Indonesia
• Language of Instruction: English

5. Qualifications

Applicants must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 2–3 years of relevant professional or teaching experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant professional or teaching experience
• Currently enrolled in or completed a Ph.D. program in Computer Science or a related field

Applicants must also meet the following requirements:

• Ability to deliver lectures in English
• Ability to stay on-site in Indonesia throughout the entire bootcamp period (※ Accommodation will be provided.)

6. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in bootcamps, corporate training, university lectures, or technical mentoring
• Experience delivering technical lectures in English
• Experience in web service development projects
• Experience with cloud deployment, DevOps, or AI/LLM application development
• Experience teaching learners with diverse skill levels
• Experience teaching in overseas education programs or global learning environments
