Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. With cash the lifeblood of every company, so too, is a good understanding of how to manage these cashflows. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Job Purpose: Drive the cash management product strategy - develop, enhance, maintain and roll out cash management product/services based on market relevancy. Lead and direct the Cash Product Managers alignment with the overall GTS Product strategy.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop (enhance and maintain) new product/service initiatives based on local market requirements, including roll-out of group initiatives that are relevant to the market.
2. Ensure Product governance; adherence to risks, regulations and controls required by internal policy and external regulators.
3. Responsible for the readiness of the product, including the overall support models for the product.
4. Drive commercialization for the products.
5. Own the P&L for each of the product.
6. Conduct regular product review, including pricing, support models, competitor benchmark.
7. Drive the product strategy.
8. Lead and guide Cash Product Managers.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree from reputable universities
2. Total Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years
3. Require some work experience in banking or similar industry, preferably in product development.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skill, both in writing and verbal
5. Good in project management skill, having IT knowledge would be a plus. Team work.
