Job Description:
As an SVIP Operations Intern, you will support the SVIP Operations team in managing and
maintaining relationships with high-value (SVIP) users. This role focuses on daily operational
support, data management, coordination with internal teams, and assisting in activities that
improve SVIP engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
• Support daily SVIP operations activities, including monitoring SVIP user activity and
engagement.
• Assist in maintaining and updating SVIP databases, reports, and tracking sheets.
• Help coordinate SVIP programs, events, or campaigns, including preparation and post
event reporting.
• Assist in tracking performance, distribution rewards, and incentives for SVIP users.
• Support the creation of promotional materials (e.g. banners, posters, in-app visuals) for
online events, campaigns, and SVIP activities
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, responsible, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
• Able to use Photoshop / Canva or basic design tools to create simple promotional
materials (banners, posters, or event visuals).
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
