Job Summary:
- Facilitate and develop the formulation of strategies, program initiatives, and their implementation across relevant units to support the adoption of sustainability principles within the Bank.
- Develop and periodically review policies and procedures related to sustainability.
- Coordinate and consolidate the preparation of reports and monitor the implementation of sustainability initiatives in compliance with Indonesian regulatory requirements, while staying updated on global standards.
- Conduct literature reviews and benchmarking on sustainability practices in line with industry standards and global best practices.
- Deliver socialization sessions and/or refreshment programs to enhance understanding of sustainability principles, as well as related policies and procedures.
- Provide advisory support regarding the implementation of sustainability principles within the Bank.
- Prepare draft minutes of Sustainability Committee meetings within the established timelines.
- Develop sustainability reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1).
- Permanent employee with at least 2 years in the current position.
- Proficient in formal English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal units/divisions and external stakeholders.
- General understanding of banking products, processes, and risks.
- Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in environmental initiatives, risk management, or project management is an advantage.
- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel and presentation skills using PowerPoint.
- Eager to learn and adapt to dynamic regulatory standards in Indonesia and global industry practices.
- Well-organized, disciplined, and structured with strong attention to detail.
