Main Responsibilities

As the Sustainability and Community Programme Lead, this role drives key strategies and partnerships for Muslim community engagement, women empowerment, and humanitarian response. You are responsible to strengthens corporate reputation by leading programme design, governance, impact measurement, and strategic external visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Advisory: Drive strategies for Muslim community engagement and women empowerment while advising brands and senior leaders on risks, sensitivities, and strategic opportunities.
  • Stakeholders & Partnerships: Build and steward highimpact partnerships with Muslim communities, NGOs, academics, government bodies, and industry associations to strengthen programme credibility and scale.
  • Programme Design & Governance: Lead the design, integration, governance, budgeting, and impact measurement of community engagement and women empowerment programmes across Sustainability and Business Units.
  • Humanitarian & Disaster Relief Programme: Direct strategy, planning, partnerships, and rapid crossfunctional coordination for humanitarian aid and disaster response initiatives.
  • Communication & External Visibility: Enhance corporate reputation by driving external advocacy (Other Say), leading flagship sustainability showcases and supporting impactful corporate communications.

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • 5+ years experience working in multinational organizations or consultancy, dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders is preferred
  • Understanding of the governmental and Indonesia political landscape. Previous experience working with Muslim/women community and Government agencies
  • Knowledge of consumers good industry, health, or environment policy issues
  • Experience running successful policy campaigns and project management
  • An advanced degree in relevant discipline (Communications, Political Science, International Relations, Law and Business Administration)
