Job Description Summary:

Designing, managing, and ensuring the implementation of impact-based sustainability learning programs that support: compliance with national and global standards regarding sustainability implementation, improvement of the GSEP Maturity Level, strengthening the capabilities of operational staff (RC/PC, Managers, Askep, Assistants, SPO Region, and EHS Region) and Operations Sustainability staff, as well as the integration of sustainability into operational excellence.

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing Sustainability learning programs based on Transformative Learning within Upstream Operations, including oil palm plantation units and processing mills.

  • Designing, reviewing, and periodically updating Sustainability curriculum, modules, and training materials.

  • Managing and facilitating the implementation of Action Learning Programs (ALP), as well as mentoring and coaching for Managers, SPO & EHS Region, and Assistants.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the impact of learning initiatives, and preparing and delivering evaluation reports in a systematic manner.

  • Coordinating with related functions to ensure the integration of learning programs with operational practices within Upstream Operations.

  • Lead the development of a Sustainability culture and consistently driving the implementation of continuous improvement across operational units.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Sustainability, Communication, Environmental Studies, Management, Education, or other relevant fields.

  • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in Sustainability and training.

  • Strong understanding of oil palm sustainability standards (RSPO, ISPO, ISCC, ESG).

  • Placement at Head Office Jakarta

  • Possess the following technical and soft skill competencies:Technical Skills:

  • Developing and updating curriculum, modules, and training materials based on transformative learning and adult learning principles using visual design tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, or Photoshop.

  • Delivering end-to-end training programs and evaluating learning impact (Kirkpatrick Level 1-4).

  • Managing training data, achievement reports, lessons learned, and program documentation.

  • Facilitating Action Learning Programs (ALP), mentoring, and coaching for Managers, SPO & EHS Region, and Assistants.

  • Coordinating with related functions to ensure integration of learning initiatives with Upstream Operational practices.

  • Understanding RSPO P&C 2024, ISPO, ISCC, ESG, and oil palm sustainability practices.

  • Conducting monitoring and evaluation of learning impact and reporting the results.

    Soft Skills:

  • Able to communicate and convey ideas, concepts, and messages professionally in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, verbally and in writing.

  • Able to deliver complex materials clearly, persuasively, and contextually to operational audiences.

  • Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit, effective time management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
