Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Specialist. The Support Specialist is responsible for managing and progressing learner applications through the Support pipeline. The role ensures all information is accurate, complete, and aligned with college requirements before moving forward. This position involves reviewing application details, resolving missing information through outbound phone call communication, maintaining clean system records, and supporting a smooth workflow from initial submission to approval. It's a detail-driven role that requires clear communication, strong organisation, and consistency in delivering high-quality support.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Support, or a similar role that requires confident outbound calling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist learners and address inquiries effectively.
  • Strong English with a neutral or near-native English accent.
  • Confident making outbound calls.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, organised and consistent with documentation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve learner challenges and identify potential service enhancements
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity
