Supply & Demand Planning Manager and S&OP Analytics

Job Description :

• Collaborate with marketing & sales in defining in-market sales forecast as the commitment and guidance for all line and functions
• Monitor and measure forecast accuracy frequently
• Coordinating with related parties in product supply fulfillment consistently and effectively
• Initiate and contribute in improvement or other strategy to build sinergy between demand, supply, and other related parties

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in handling Supply & Demand planning, with consumer goods / pharmaceutical industry background, and 2 year in managerial level
• Experience in handling forecasting, deep understanding in supply chain management and its financial effect
• Computer literate, and experience with SAP
• Good analytical thinking, planning, and negotiation skill
