What You Will Experience:

  • Ensuring that all deliveries are made on time, adhering to the specified delivery schedules.
  • Keeping customers informed about delivery status, expected delivery times, and any potential delays.
  • Ensuring that the correct items are delivered to the right locations, maintaining high levels of order accuracy.
  • Develop and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of delivery vehicles to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.
  • Developing and managing budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and financial goals are met.
  • Implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
  • Analyzing costs related to various business activities and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Process and manage delivery orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Validate order information, including product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery addresses.
  • Coordinate with the merchandise inventory team to address any stock shortages or delays, product availability, and allocate inventory.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Min. 4 Years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency in using supply chain management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Thorough understanding of supply chain best practices and industry regulations
